Mary is an entrepreneur based in the heart of horse country – Ocala, Florida. Mary’s passion for the equine industry began during childhood, and she has continued to thrive as a successful entrepreneur. She established her first business, EQUIstaff, to support equine businesses and job seekers. In addition to EQUIstaff, Mary has founded Team EQUIstaff, a thoroughbred racing stable that brings her back to her roots in the barn. Her commitment to preserving the horse racing industry and enhancing the welfare of thoroughbred horses is unwavering.
